Hourly fees do not include the cost of your purchases or outside vendor services. Total cost of service will be purchases or outside vendor services plus cost of errand or service.

Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Services requested for weekends, State and Federal holidays my incur additional fees. Wizard of Errands reserves the right to temporally close this business due to circumstances beyond their control including extreme weather conditions.

A 24 hour notice is required for all requests. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be assessed a $15.00 fee.

Errands are run from 7am-4pm EST, Monday through Friday. Services needing to be run out of these hours will be assessed an extra $10.00 above the per hour fee. Federal and State Holidays will be assessed an extra $15.00 above the per hour fee.

Payment is requested before services are rendered for third party products (grocery, dry cleaning, entrance fees, parking fees, etc.). Some clients may get invoiced monthly for payment for our services provided. Contracts can be emailed for quick approval. An additional mileage fee of .49 cents per a mile will be added for services performed on each visit.

All information regarding clients of the Wizard of Errands is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone.

Our service prohibits the transport of illegal, flammable, toxic, or explosive items as well as certain restricted or controlled items. Wizard of Errands will not do any work on client’s behalf that is illegal or unethical. Requests that put others in danger, are illegal or questionable will be denied. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any people. No exceptions can be made. We apologize for the inconvenience. Wizard of Errands reserves the right to restrict the size, weight, and value of transported items.

Wizard of Errands will also pursue resolution of checks or payments returned by banking or clearing institution and will require a $25 fee for such returned checks or payments.

Wizard of Errands cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with the services or items provided by a third party during the course of Wizard of Errands Service. Wizard of Errands is not responsible for any damage caused to dry cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. Wizard of Errands cannot guarantee availability of all items when shopping.

Service radius is 30 miles. Contract is for estimated miles using MapQuest or MapBlast. Actual miles may vary and will be presented after service. Additional charge of .49 per mile over 30 miles will be implemented. Mileage is "point to point" starting at Wizard of Errand's office and ending at final destination (ie...your home with groceries, office with dry cleaning, etc...).
